Feeling: Ambitious

Today I started querying Story of Hope. So far I sent it four literary agents. I'm revising the end (adding commas and such). I do a chapter a day. I decided to I'm going to save each of my rejection letters and use them to wallpaper my walls. Well, maybe I won't do that. But I'll save each of them. I want proof of my hard work. I have several other WIPs (works in progress): Story of Faith (about my high school years), Witches Under Watch, and Monopoly (my latest chapbook). Besides I have the slam Saturday and Justin and I are signed up for the partner slam in June. We tried writing our first poem together the other day and I had a complete breakdown.
Starting tomorrow I am going to be editing two chapters a day. Now that I'm sending it out it has to look its best. If someone wants to see it that is. It's a good book. Someone out there is gonna want it. Signing a book deal will be the most money I've ever earned. I really need to be driven in all my work, written and otherwise. I won't stop!
