Feelings: Proud

For the first time in a while I’m taking care of myself. I ditched the sugary, caffeinated drinks. I stopped giving in to a runaway appetite. I started meditating. I started (pre Covid) painting. And I’ve been very physically active. My room is as neat as it’s ever been. I’m working on some beautiful presents for my friends and family. I even started a letter writing campaign where I send out letters to family members. These are the ways I amuse myself when I am in quarantine. I’ve even been making strides on my OCD. Right now my bag is in the other room and even though I can’t see it (which does cause some anxiety) I am able to deal with it.
