My Truths

• House fires are exceedingly rare
  

• I have a family that will always take care of me

• All animals die. Everybody dies

• God will take care of me

• I’m stronger than I know

• I’m worried about my country

• Actually I’m worried about the world

• But you can’t worry about nuclear war all the time

• I am a better person without alcohol and excess caffeine 

• When I resist checking, the OCD gets weaker

• I will likely be on medication most of my life

• I am on the verge of being dangerously overweight and must lose some weight immediately

• Its okay to relax sometimes
