Mostly As: Workaholic! You know one thing and that is work. Your Type A personality pushes you past what is healthy and what is normal. It goes beyond picking up a few “extra shifts” or doing a “little more” overtime. If you find yourself living on the job no matter what your profession, it’s time to reevaluate your priorities. Stay tuned for more posts to come.
Mostly Bs: Social Butterly! You loved going out the girls (or guys) but sometimes its time to turn off that overactive social engine and take time for your job, your family or your health. Try designating one or two nights a week for going out and the rest of the time conserve your energy….and money.
Mostly Cs: Romeo! You have always been crazy about the opposite sex. From dating a lot to spending all your time to the “love of your life”, you actually don’t have any other life outside your significant other. It all revolves around them. And that’s all very well and good. But what if they move? Or cheat? Or decide they want someone who has their own life. Because someone who is all clingy? Not very sexy.
Mostly Ds Family Man! You might think this is a good thing. And it is. Being a good son/ daughter and being a devoted parent are two of the most important relationships you’ll ever have. But you have to live for yourself, not other people. That doesn’t mean neglecting the needs of those around you. But you have to take care of yourself too to be able to cover those needs. Otherwise you won’t be at your best.
Mostly Es Balancing Act! Look at you having it (mostly) together. You know that health is made up of four components: mind, body, spirit and heart. You do your best to look after yourself and take care of each of the other dimensions in your life in their own way. Go you! Nice job!
Mostly Fs: Totally Adrift! It’s like a walking train wreck. You have no goals, no direction, no ambition, no joy other than the joy you get from baseline pleasures like sex and drinking. If I were you, I’d book some sessions with a therapist to see if I could get a life that is more on par with the one I really wanted.
