What am I going to do about my book, Story of Hope? I realized during the revision stage that I actually had left two chapters out which were slightly instrumental to the book. That was very careless of me. I think it is because I am operating out of a state of complete exhaustion.
As I was sitting on the step, freaking out because of Item #1, I raised my head and saw my coffee cup on the table. Now I have about ten coffee cups/ mugs. People like to give me mugs because I am a writer. But this particular cup was the only cup I have that says Hope on it. And the main character in my book is named Hope.
What the heck should I be for Halloween?
Where should —---- and I go tomorrow (we ended up going to Barnes and Noble and then a park to take pictures with his cameras)
Should I set a spending limit for Barnes and Nobles (like $30? I did end up breaking that spending limit)
Should I pursue my old friendship with —----- or leave it up to them?
I am thoroughly enjoying our book club pick, Fledgling by Octava E. Butler
I was doing 140 pound leg extensions until my mom pointed out I’d snap my legs if I’d continue to do that, that it was way too much weight and she was surprised I could do it at all. I guess I just have legs of steel.
When should I have my Story of Hope book launch?

Questions (And Some Answers)
- Why do I have to be busy/ driven every minute or I feel I’m wasting time? I feel like i’m on the brink of burnout every day. Always rushing, hurrying. Where’s the peace?
-Am I in any way manic? I keep spending more money than I usually do. I don’t have much of an income anymore. I have to save it for special occasions.
Will I need to have a Halloween costume? Are we doing anything for Halloween this year? We usually do. I think I’d like to be Katherine of Aragon or Anne Boleyn.. I don’t know what that costume would look like or if I want it in my expenses
Should I invite —----- over for a double feature horror night? (yes, absolutely)
Can the dentist tell if you don’t floss as often as you should?
When will they get back to me about my book?
Maybe I can actually write some Fledgling fanfic (if I can find the time. There is never time) or would that just be a waste?
Is writing anything a waste of time?
Why am I buying so much stuff?
I’m going to be Velma for Halloween. All I need to do is get knee socks and straighten my hair.
It is $150 to include the two page chapters I had forgotten about. Seems a bit steep but I want this book published.
Book launch will probably be at the end of November. Stay tuned.
